Introduction
Named as one of the top 10 startups from Romania to watch in 2023 by EU-startups, Yload is the 1st European complete logistics ecosystem offering fully digitized, transparent & AI-enabled logistics solutions. We helped them create the full stack of investment materials they needed for their first round in 2021.
Challenges
Back in 2021, they launched their first Beta version which gained tremendous organic traction (more than 10,000 transport carriers signed up in the first couple of months). Their next move was to raise investor funding to be able to further scale & grow and they decided to use SeedBlink and raise the money through equity crowdfunding.
They needed expert help to produce high-quality & compelling investor materials including a pitch deck, business plan, and executive summary. They also wanted to make sure that the narrative of their pitch is strong & persuasive.
Solutions
After an initial meeting, we started creating their pitch deck that would also serve as the building block for further creating the business plan and executive summary.
Leveraging their brand guidelines and through our own research, we created a modern design, one that is more tech-oriented and poised for disruption, while making sure to highlight key information.
The design of the pitch deck would also serve as the template for the design of the remaining materials. We adapted the style to fit a document format and a larger amount of content and our approach was to break up the content visually as much as possible (but without overdoing it).
