Introduction
Luft Analytics is a data strategy and visualization consultancy helping large enterprises make smarter decisions through data. With a distinctive new brand identity in place, Luft needed their visual materials to match the level of sophistication and clarity their services deliver.
From pitching executive workshops to facilitating full-day learning experiences, they turned to Visual Hackers to transform their slides into persuasive, premium assets.

Challenges
Phase 1: The Sales Deck
Luft had just completed an exciting rebranding effort—bold, creative, full of character. But when it came time to pitch their data workshops to enterprise clients, their deck didn’t reflect that vision. It lacked visual impact, consistency, and clarity. Worse, it didn't do justice to the strategic value of their offering. They also needed the final deck to be reusable and modular, so they could tailor it quickly to different clients.
Challenges
Phase 2: The Workshop Materials
Fast-forward several months—Luft won the client and now had to deliver back-to-back workshops to executive and operational teams. But with only a week to prepare over 200 slides across two days, and high expectations for engaging, premium design, they needed to delegate the design and focus on content. It wasn’t just about looking good—it was about maintaining clarity and energy across long, content-rich sessions.
Solutions
-
For the Sales Deck
We started with a creative brief to clarify goals, audience, and tone. From there, we developed multiple design directions that leveraged Luft’s bold branding while staying clean and business-friendly. Once the direction was approved, we built a modular, templatized sales deck in both PowerPoint and Google Slides—fully editable, brand-consistent, and easy to repurpose. -
For the Workshop Presentations
We applied the same iterative design process, but this time with added constraints: we optimized every slide for readability on large screens, added light animations for engagement, and ensured content pacing was smooth for a full-day format. Given the volume of content, we also designed slide templates and visual systems that allowed for consistency and speed of production—without sacrificing quality.

Razvan Zlavog General ManagerDigital visual communication (and not only that) is constantly balancing between the need for clarity and minimal cognitive load on one side, and the need for wow, for the unexpected, for appeal, on the other.
The way you resolve this tension can make or break a project, a presentation, or a message.
Maybe the hack behind Visual Hackers is that they have a great instinct for resolving this tension—and they have the tools to be efficient, without endless iterations, without feedback loops, without consuming the client's energy.
Creative, on point, with respect for meaning and clarity.
